A WARM THANkS TO OUR 2020 “Adopt A Seat” SUPPORTERS

Platform Arts would like to thank and acknowledge our supporters from the Geelong community who generously donated to our organisation by ‘Adopting A Seat’ in May-June 2020. We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support from peers, friends and members of the wider community.

In this unprecedented time of COVID-19 and lockdown restrictions, this special campaign raised $3000 to help alleviate the major financial loss resulting from the extended closure of our venue hire and box office. The generosity of our community will help Platform rebuild and adapt our youth arts programs, performances, events and workshops.

All donors from the Adopt a Seat community will be invited to an exclusive Patron Event later this year. Platform will reveal details in the near future, when more information is released from the Australian Government regarding restrictions on gathering.

Our Patron Event will be a community celebration of the Arts returning to some form of normality. It will be a night of collective reflection, discussion and art, and we’d love for you to be there. You’re welcome to contact us directly or make a contribution via our Supporter Page, and until our Patron Event in late 2020, we will allocate seats for you, to the value of your gift (starting at $25).
