1. Eligibility
The Platform Pass is available to individuals aged 18 and older who make a donation to Platform Arts before June 30th, 2025.2. Duration
The Platform Pass is valid for specifically Platform Arts programmed events occurring between July 2025 and July 2026 inclusive.3. Access
The pass grants double access to programmed events hosted by Platform Arts during the validity period. Excludes ticketed events from external presenters and hirers of our spaces.Access to events is subject to capacity limits; entry is not guaranteed. Booking is required to secure your ticket, using your Platform Pass code for any costs to be waived. The Platform Pass holder will be notified of upcoming events and provided booking links via their preferred communication method.
4. Usage
The pass is non-transferrable and must be used by the individual who donated, and an accompanying person of their choosing. Each event may have specific entry requirements; please check event details in advance.5. Cancellations and Refunds
All donations made to obtain the Platform Pass are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event of cancellations or rescheduling of events, Platform Arts will provide notification as soon as possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.6. Conduct
Pass holders are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other attendees and staff. Platform Arts reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke pass access for inappropriate behaviour.7. Changes to Terms
Platform Arts reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Platform Arts operates. By making a donation to obtain The Platform Pass, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. -

Platform Arts is wheelchair-accessible via our Gheringhap St entrance. Unlocked, accessible bathrooms are available on both ground and first floors.
Some seating will be available. Chairs are stools of various heights, with no back support. Detailed accessibility information can be found here.
