Throughout each week of the Artist Exchange, we captured images of our everyday go-abouts and scribed complimentary notes—introducing each other to our respective physical/cultural/psychological habitats. We became acquainted with each other through the mundane moment—witnessed within each other’s daily practices and the after thoughts we were drawn to save.
This helped build an intimate relationship through the process of: observation and pause. In attempting to bring the other into our world, we had to interrogate our own existence.
The first batch of images indicate the few initial weeks of our exchange—specifically some synchronous ruminations about ‘air’.
