Eden Ariston is a hyper-hypenated artist and arts worker living and making on Wadawurrung land. Curious and chaotic, Eden defines her practice as an experimental playground. Constantly adding new disciplines to her multi-faceted creative world, she seeks to blend together as many passions as humanly possible - painting, drawing, tattoo, murals, sculpture, fashion, digital art, music, songwriting, photography and more. Whilst making the journey from idea to execution, Eden focuses on sustainability and community, with a firm belief that materials should live a million lives, and that no artist should be an island. Eden’s work is defined by a richly bold and deeply symbolic use of colour and shape, often exploring her own complex web of memories and experiences. Through art, she investigates human psychology and architecture, her sentimental connection to places, plants and animals, and the library of sensory information she has collected across her lifetime.

Eden moved to Djilang in 2017 to undertake a double Bachelor of Architecture and Construction Management, and has 4 years experience in contract and construction administration. Eden has an Advanced Diploma in Music Performance, and has performed widely within Victoria. She also works at Geelong Gallery, where she is one of two recipients of the 2025 Digital Trainee program. Since formally beginning her visual arts practice in 2022, Eden has curated 2 solo and 5 group exhibitions and participated in 16 group shows. She is a founding member of two artist collectives, ACEE and Neighbourhood Collective, and runs a community art club through ACEE. Eden has painted murals for major events such as Strawberry Fields Festival and Pitch Music and Arts, and produced work for a multitude of businesses and organisations, including Back to Back Theatre, SAFV Centre, Bells Fine Art, Geelong Colourworld, Rainbow Serpent, Loch Hart Music Festival, MOSS Foundation, and City of Greater Geelong. Her collaborative cartoon 'Beany & The Star' is published monthly in Forte magazine.
