Into the Canvas of Time is an interactive movement and craft workshop, expanding from One & Only? 和合而生, a multidisciplinary dance work currently in development by Co-tempORaRY Dance and collaborating artists. Inspired by The Classic of Mountains and Seas, this workshop invites you to explore ancient Chinese myths and landscapes through embodied movement and visual storytelling.
Guided by the artists of One & Only?, participants will experience elements of Chinese classical dance (influenced by Tai Chi) while engaging in creative expression through colours and textures. Through movement and craft, we will connect with the myths that have shaped enduring Chinese cultural traditions.
No prior dance or artistic experience is needed.

本次Into the Canvas of Time 是一个融合舞蹈与视觉艺术的互动工作坊，将融合中国古典舞元素的动作引导，并结合绘画创作。让我们一起“以身入卷”，通过身体感受《山海经》中的奇禽异兽与光怪陆离，用缤纷的颜料、马克笔、彩铅……在泱泱长卷上描绘属于我们的传承与连接。
