Suitable for all ages, this guided meditation session uses mindfulness practices as an education tool.
From knowledge comes understanding: how might our perception of water as material change when we contemplate and embody its shifting forms?
After experiencing the works in CURRENTS, we encourage you to take this recording with you to nearby Eastern Beach, St Helen’s Beach, the Barwon or Moorabool Rivers. This guided meditation can be paired with basic yoga moves, or enjoyed while sitting quietly with eyes closed.
The meditation is recorded by Meg Odgers, meditation teacher and presented in partnership with Barwon Water.
